Owner/Operator Zach West has been a barber/hairstylist with almost 20 years working behind the chair. He's taken his knowledge working in all facets of the personal care industry to create the everyday multi use essentials you know & love. Zach started Shear Revival with the mindset of creating "intentional, no-waste formulas".  There are no fillers or unnecessary ingredients. Everything is there for a reason and adds to the end result. 

Working directly behind the chair gives Zach the ability to create products and solve self care problems for real life people everyday. He gets to work with & test all of our products on different hair textures and styles, truly doing our best to make Shear Revival accessible to all people. 

Zach currently works out of his own private studio, Good Habits, by appointment only, here in New Jersey.
