Q: Where are you located?
All of our products are hand-crafted at our lab in Asbury Park, NJ. We do offer local pick up options. Feel free to reach out to us at to work it out!
Q: How long does shipping take? 

A: Our orders ship within 3-5 business days. Once your package ships we will provide a tracking number via email so you can keep an eye on your shipment's progress. Be aware, when we give a package to USPS, we do not have control over any delays your package may experience. 

Q: My tracking info doesn't work, what's wrong?
A: Usually USPS takes a day or two to update their tracking. If after 48 hours, feel free to reach out with any questions or concerns. 

Q: I didn't like how "x" product worked. Can I return it?
A: Only unused products may be returned. Customers are responsible for returning the unused product within 14 days of receipt. Refund for product price only, will be awarded within one week of receiving the returned item(s). Check out our full return policy here.

Q: Do you offer one-off/custom products?
At this time we currently don't offer custom one-off products. However if you're looking for something in bulk for a wedding or event, feel free to reach out to us!
