A: All of our products are hand-crafted at our lab in Eatontown, NJ. We do offer local pick up options. Feel free to reach out to us at info@shearrevival.com to work it out!
A: Our orders ship within 2-3 business days. Once your package ships we will provide a tracking number via email so you can keep an eye on your shipment's progress. Be aware, when we give a package to USPS, we do not have control over any delays your package may experience. Shipments returned due to an incorrect shipping address will require an additional charge for reshipment. We are not responsible for delays in delivery times, packages delivered incorrectly, or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Q: My tracking info doesn't work, what's wrong?
A: Usually USPS takes a day or two to update their tracking. If it's been over 2 business days, feel free to reach out and check on your order. We'll confirm that it's been picked up by USPS. Sometimes, USPS forgets to scan packages in before routing them to their next destination, so, patience is key.
Q: My package was marked "Delivered" but I did not receive it. What do I do?
A: First, double check your order confirmation email and confirm you entered the correct address when checking out. Next, contact your local post office. You can also leave a note or try and touch base with your local mail carrier. The sooner you contact them, the better chance you have at recovering your package. Also, don't forget to check with neighbors, too. Sometimes the package was just left at the wrong door. We unfortunately have no control over a package once we turn it over to USPS but we do our best to help you recover it or replace the order, if applicable.
Q: I entered the wrong shipping address. What do I do?
A: Email us info@shearrevival.com as soon as possible. If we catch it before the order is shipped, we can adjust it. If the order has already shipped, unfortunately, there's not much we can do to assist you from there and we cannot be held responsible if the order does not reach you. If the order is returned to us, we would be happy to resend it to the correct address for an additional shipping fee. Shipments returned due to an incorrect shipping address will require an additional charge for reshipment. Q: I didn't like how "x" product worked. Can I return it?
A: Only unused products may be returned. Customers are responsible for returning the unused product within 14 days of receipt. Refund for product price only, will be awarded within one week of receiving the returned item(s). Check out our full return policy here. If you're unsure about a product, we recommend purchasing a travel size first. Reviews are also a great way to check out feedback on a product to determine if it's a good fit for you.
Q: Why do we mention our line is barber-made?
A: Zach, founder & owner, has been cutting, styling, and educating the general public on hair for about 20 years. He's taken his wide range of real life experience "behind the chair" and developed a deep understanding of what his clients want and need when they are creating their personal care routines. Many of those encounters have inspired the products we offer.
Q: What is the shelf life on your products?
A: All of our products have an icon on their label with recommended shelf life. You can find it towards the back of the label - look for a little jar with a number in it - typically a "12" for 12 months. If unused, our products are stable for no less than 24 months.
Q: Do you offer one-off/custom products?
A: At this time we currently don't offer custom one-off products. However if you're looking for something in bulk for a wedding or event, feel free to reach out to us info@shearrevival.com!
